What We Collect

The mobile phone number used to opt in to Tyler OS text messages.
The content of text messages sent to and from (213) 354-8010.
The dates, times and delivery status of those messages.

How We Use It

Only to send the confirmations, reminders, alerts and replies the account owner asks for, and to keep the service working and secure.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Messages are carried by our messaging provider, Twilio, which processes them only to deliver them.

Retention

Message records are kept while the account is active and deleted when they are no longer needed or on request.

Text STOP to (213) 354-8010 to stop all messages, or HELP for help. To ask a question or request deletion, email tyler@sliceo.co.
